MY DIET PLAN:

MEAL 1: ( 5:00 PM )
- 4 WHOLE EGG + GREEN VEGGES + 1 CHEESE CUBE + 1000 MG VIT C + 1 MULTI V. + 1 FISHOIL
MEAL 2: ( 7:30 PM )
- 200 GM CHICKEN BREAST + 100G VEGGIE + 3 TBS OLIVE OIL
MEAL 3: ( 10:00 PM )
- 150-200ML MILK + ALMONDS + 2 SCOOP PROTEIN + 1 TBS PEANUT BUTTER + 5 WRIST FIELD NUTS
MEAL 4: ( 12:00 AM )
- 250G FISH ( RAVAS/SURMAI) + SALAD
